IND W vs SA W: South African women’s team reaches Lucknow for ODI and T20 series

Five ODIs and three T20 Internationals will be played in the next month’s series between the women’s teams of India and South Africa. All matches of the series will be held at the Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium in Ekana in Lucknow.

South African women’s team reached Lucknow

The South African women’s cricket team reached the Chaudhary Charan Singh Stadium in Lucknow. From where the women players were taken to the team hotel by bus.

Five ODIs and three T20 Internationals will be played in the next month’s series between the women’s teams of India and South Africa. All the matches of the series will be played at the Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium in Ekana in Lucknow.

Series to be held in Thiruvananthapuram, later changed venue

The India-hosted series was earlier scheduled to be held in Thiruvananthapuram, but the Kerala Cricket Association told the BCCI that it cannot conduct the series under the current circumstances. After this it was decided to organize the series in Lucknow.

The first ODI of the series between the two teams will be played on 7 March, after which the next ODIs will be played on 9, 12 and 14. The last ODI of the series will be played on 17 March. After this, there will be three T20 International matches of the series on 20, 21 and 24 March.
