IPL auction update 2021- Virat Kohli’s team can spend up to Rs 19 crore for Mitchell Starc Royal Challengers Bangalore: Akash Chopra

new Delhi
Former India cricketer Aakash Chopra has said that in the next month’s IPL 2021 auction (IPL 2021 Auction), the team headed by Virat Kohli, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mitchell Starc ( Mitchell Starc).

The Bangalore team has released Aaron Finch, Chris Morris, Isuru Udana, Moeen Ali, and retired Dale Steyn this year. After this he has traded Daniel Semes from Delhi Capitals.

In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Chopra talked about the players that the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) team might try to add to their team in the upcoming auction.

Chopra said that Bangalore (RCB) has released five foreign players. Apart from these, none of AB Devilliers make a definite place in the playing eleven.

‘Bangalore has a total of 11 players, three of them for foreign players. So you might think that he will be bidding heavily on Stark as he has hardly any foreign players in the playing eleven. They have Abby De Villiers, Joshua Phillip, Adam Jampa, Ken Richardson and Danyon Symes. So can any four of these five play, I am dumb. ‘

Chopra said that Mitchell Starc is on the radar of Bangalore team and he can spend big money for that.

Chopra said, “If Mitchell Starc is available, Bangalore would definitely like to include him in the team.” If they have money, they can do so. If he wants, he can spend up to Rs 15-19 crore. ‘

Chopra also feels that Bangalore may try to strengthen the middle order by including Cameron Green. Chopra, 43, said that Green could be replaced after Finch left.

He said, ‘I think Cameron Green could also get a place in the middle-order. He can also go behind an opener. He has released Finch, while Roy and David Malan are left.
