All-rounder Ryan Ten Doeschate Retires has retired from international cricket after the Netherlands failed to make the Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup. The Netherlands were knocked out by Namibia in the first round match. Ten Deutsche did not play a formality match against Sri Lanka on Friday.

He said in a statement issued by Cricket Netherlands, ‘It was a difficult tour but it was good to be part of the team. The professionalism and commitment of this team is inspiring. I would like to thank the players, coaches and all the people of the cricket association.

Was part of KKR team in IPL
Ryan ten Deutsche played for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the IPL from 2011 to 2015 and was a member of the trophy winning teams in 2012 and 2014. Deutsche played 29 matches for Kolkata, scoring 326 runs at an average of 23.28 and taking 2 wickets.
